How to *really* effect organizational change
Based on Tom and Anand's commentary re: my previous post, I've re-edited the image to something that incorporates both of their suggestions. Let me know how much mileage it gets you when you have to fight your own battles for progress!

Hmm...I guess its kind of hard to say. I prefer the initial approach particularly if the person is stubborn. And sometimes - I think a situation may warrent it - particularly if the list of improvements is massive. But if the modifications aren't too bad - I would go with the latter. Interests: Slumming and Vanity Wants: Funky Pickle, Taco Bell, Taco Time, McDonald's breakfast, the DQ Ultimate Burger, Dim Sum and anything high sodium.
