If you want
to see a master presenter at work, you should watch Steve Jobs
introducing the first iPod back in 2001 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kN0SVBCJqLs&search=steve%20jobs%20ipod).
Steve does a lot of things right here that I’m sure many others have already noticed (or even blogged about already):
- Dynamic slides
- Minimalist slides
- He speaks to the core market/message rather than getting lost in technical details
- He has the “hook” at the end of the presentation (I’ll let you see it to find out what it is).
Definitely some things to take with you when making your own presentations to clients or other fellow devs!
