How to comment on an MSN Live Spaces Blog in 11 easy steps
Remember how boring it was to load up someone's blog, attempt to leave a comment, and immediately succeed? I don't either, but Microsoft did, and the result is MSN Live Spaces - the blog engine that
makes commenting an exciting adventure
!! Not seeing the instructions listed anywhere on
GameFAQs
, I decided to make my own guide to this role-playing extravaganza:
1) Load up a Live Spaces blog in Firefox.
2) Find a post you want to comment on - for example, Jason Hunt's
excellent post on developing a better developer
3) Be greeted by a message saying that you need to login with a "Live ID":
Get ready!! This is where the *FUN BEGINS*.
4) After logging in with a Live ID, you will encounter a screen that looks something like this:
5) What you can't see from this picture is that you will have a 20% chance of doing any of the following:
a) entering text in the comment box (as it will be disabled)
b) entering your web address. (see a)
c) being able to click the submit button (see a)
6) Go from Firefox to IE
7) Repeat steps 1 to 5
8) Convinced you're insane, repeat steps 1 to 5 *again* for Firefox *and* IE
9) Eventually you *can* enter text in the comment box! Hit Submit!! Quick!!
10) Be greeted with this error:
11) Give up, curl into the fetal position and pound the ground like a toddler

LOL so true...they really need to improve comments, among other things, on Live Space blogs.

If you've never seen a Wii on a wedding registry, apparently you've been to the wrong weddings.
While it wasn't officially stated on my friend Ryan's registry, every HBC gift cert/"gift he had doubles of" went into the Wii fund.

No, I'm actually talking about a Wii outright being on the registry in this case! I guess to clarify I am also talking about a registry in which the groom doesn't already own a video game system. ;)

I would want to be registered at EB Games for my wedding.
