Interviewing your interviewer
If you are ever looking for work, these are a set of awesome questions to ask your interviewer.  I've always asked variations on question #4, but the other ones I wasn't as aware of.  I wish I had asked questions #1 and #2 before having to deal with the black hole of IT, and definitely #3 is a great one that I'll be writing down for future reference.
