Wow. Who said real estate in Vancouver is overpriced?

EDIT: Yes, I do know that the house is *huge*, but I think it's the "needs a fixer upper/grow-op" part of it that has me wondering about its relative value...

It does leave a lot of space to have a grow-op to help make the payments though. Maybe that is what the last owners were thinking anyways.

Grow-op... I wonder how much money you have to put into it. I also wonder if the house is gutted on the inside...

I would make an appointment to view that house just to see what kind of damage had been done to the former grow op. I expect to see all kinds of doors kicked down...
